Service
Rytual Daily sends one short daily pause by text at your selected time. Message frequency varies, including setup and account messages.
After completing your pause, you can reply DONE to record participation. Replies are optional.
This service is for personal use and does not replace professional medical or mental health advice.
Subscription and Billing
New members begin with a free 7-day trial.
After the trial, your subscription automatically renews at the rate shown at checkout unless you cancel through Manage Billing & Cancel Membership before the trial ends.
Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
Karma Credits
- Karma Credits are participation and consistency points.
- They have no cash value and do not represent funds or donations.
- Future benefits are planned. No redemption program is currently available.

We do our best to provide reliable service, but we are not responsible for interruptions, carrier fees, or any outcomes from use of the service.
SMS Program Details
- Program name: Rytual Daily.
- Message frequency varies: one daily pause, plus limited setup, account and reply messages.
- Opt-in: Users are informed on our Pricing page that the service includes daily SMS. After checkout, we send a first message requesting consent. Daily messages begin only after the user replies YES and selects a time window (M/D/E).
- Opt-out and help: Reply STOP to stop text messages. This does not cancel your membership or billing. To cancel, use Manage Billing & Cancel Membership. Reply HELP for help.
- Carrier fees: Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent: Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. You may access the service without SMS by contacting support.
Updates to Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service. If we do, we will notify users by email or SMS.
