Overview

By using Rytual Daily, you agree to these terms. They are designed to be clear and fair.

Service

- Rytual Daily sends one short text per day at the time you select.

- Replying DONE or BALANCE is optional and may affect streaks and Karma Credits.

This service is for personal use and does not replace professional medical or mental health advice.”

Subscription and Billing

- New users begin with a free trial (currently 7 days).

- After the trial, your subscription auto-renews at the published rate unless you cancel through your Stripe customer portal.

Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

Karma Credits

Karma Credits are points earned for engagement.

They do not represent cash value.

Redemption options may change and are subject to availability.

Cancellation

- You can cancel at any time through your Stripe customer portal.

Replying STOP will stop text delivery but does not cancel billing.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rytual Daily.

Rytual Daily is a tool for presence and calm. It does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

Limitation of Liability

We do our best to provide reliable service, but we are not responsible for interruptions, carrier fees, or any outcomes from use of the service.

SMS Program Details

• Program name: Rytual Daily.

• Message frequency: 1 message per day, plus limited transactional messages (e.g., onboarding confirmation, HELP/STOP replies, BALANCE responses).

• Opt-in: Users are informed on our Pricing page that the service includes daily SMS. After checkout, we send a first message requesting consent. Daily messages begin only after the user replies YES and selects a time window (M/D/E).

• Opt-out / Help: Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. Reply HELP for help.

• Carrier & fees: Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Consent: Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. You may access the service without SMS by contacting support.

Updates to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service. If we do, we will notify users by email or SMS.
