What are Karma Credits

Karma Credits are points you earn each time you complete your daily presence practice by texting DONE. They track consistency and momentum. During beta you collect credits now and direct them to impact during redemption windows.

Karma Credits are points, not money. A portion of every subscription is set aside for community impact. During each redemption window that pool is shared across the causes people choose, based on the credits they direct.

How you earn

One credit for each day you reply DONE
Streak gifts during beta
- Seven days in a row gives a small bonus
- Thirty days in a row gives a larger bonus
- We may tune bonuses to keep things fair and sustainable
Occasional challenges and referrals may add short term bonuses

You can save credits and redeem later. Credits earned during beta remain in your account.

Local Impact Hubs — coming soon

As more people in a city complete practices, that city unlocks a Local Impact Hub where members can direct credits to nearby efforts such as food banks, youth programs, and climate action groups.

Why we use points

Points keep things simple and fair. You earn credits for real practice. We allocate a portion of subscription revenue to impact. During the redemption window the pool is distributed based on how members direct their credits. This lets you collect now and choose impact later without worrying about fixed dollar values.

Do credits expire ?

Credits earned during beta stay in your account. If an account is inactive for a long time we may archive it after notice and you can restore it when you return.

Can I bank credits ?

Yes. You can save credits for a future window.

Can I pick the exact organization ?

At first you will choose from a small set of verified actions like planting trees. When your city hub unlocks you will be able to vote on local partners and direct credits to one or more of them.

What SMS words work ?

Reply DONE to log a practice. Reply BALANCE to see totals. Reply HELP for options. Reply STOP to cancel texts. Use your Stripe portal link to cancel billing.
