Your Privacy Matters

Rytual Daily is built on trust. We use your phone number only to send your daily practice text and essential account messages (such as receipts or password resets). We will never sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

What We Collect

- Phone number: To send your daily Rytual.

- Payment details: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card number or CVC; all sensitive info is handled by Stripe.

- Replies and usage: Such as when you reply DONE to mark a streak. This helps us track Karma Credits and improve your experience.

Email (optional): If you subscribe to our newsletter.

How We Use Your Data

To deliver your daily pause and track streaks and Karma Credits.
To provide receipts and manage your subscription.
To improve our service using aggregate, anonymized statistics.

SMS Messaging and Processors

We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages and Stripe to process payments. These providers act as processors on our behalf.

We use your phone number to send your daily pause and essential account messages, including confirmations and HELP/STOP replies. Message frequency varies.

Reply STOP to stop text messages. This does not cancel your membership or billing. To cancel, use Manage Billing & Cancel Membership. Message and data rates may apply.

Twilio and Stripe process data as required for message delivery and payment management.

Data Retention

We retain only SMS delivery metadata (not full message content) for up to 24 months for fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and compliance.
To request deletion of your data, email support@rytualdaily.com. We will process deletion unless retention is legally required.

Your Rights

Reply STOP to stop text messages. To cancel membership or manage billing, use Manage Billing & Cancel Membership.

Security

All payments are processed by Stripe, using industry-standard encryption. Messages are delivered through secure providers.
